The User Authentication errors with the FTP server have now been resolved and the service is operating normally.

3 April 2013 - 11:50 - FTP Service Issue. Estimated repair time 14:30

We've identified an issue with the FTP server that stops it being able to authenticate user accounts correctly. We estimate it will be fixed by around 14:30. In the meantime you can use the File Manager within your Control Panel to upload files to your server. We appreciate that this isn't as convenient as FTP for uploading large amounts of files but it will provide an alternative method of upload while the FTP service is unavailable.

26 December - 00:05 Primary Email Server Upgrade Completed

The upgrade of the primary email servers has been completed. Indexing is still taking place that will affect performance, but all services are operating and responding. Total downtime was 20 minutes.

25/26 December 2012 - 23:40pm Primary Emailserver Software Update

The primary email servers' software update, scheduled to start at 01:00 on Wednesday 26 December 2012, has been brought forward by 1.5 hours due to the extremely low levels of traffic on that service. The primary email server will be unavailable for a period of time while the upgrade completes, then it will be on reduced performance while the software indexes all the content of the email server. We estimate that full service will be resumed by 09:00 on Wednesday 26 December.

21 November 2012 - Slow Processing on Primary Email Server 2

Error Between 12:05 and 13:10 on Wednesday 21 November, we experienced a 100% CPU spike on Primary Email Server 2. The spike was caused by a System process. Error Between 01:40 and 05:00 on Sunday 28 October 2012, there were some intermittent network issues on servers using the VLANS on the 82.113.134.xxx, 82.113.135.xxx and 82.113.143.xxx IP ranges.
