Unable to add more MRAs to this domain.

If you receive that error message, followed by "Please ask your web hosting company to raise the limit on the number of MRAs that this domain can host." it means you do not have sufficient MRA resources or your reseller does not have sufficient MRA resources left.

To check this as a user:
  1. Log into your Helm USER ACCOUNT
  2. Click on the "Packages" icon
  3. Choose your hosting package
  4. If you have more than one hosting package, choose the one the domain is a member of
  5. Click on "Resource Usage"
  6. Look for the number of MRA's (Multi-recipient Addresses) available
  7. If you have used all your available MRA's you will need to contact your reseller for additional resources as you have used them all up. There may be a charge for additional resources.
  8. If you haven't used all your MRA's you will need to contact your reseller as they may have run out of MRA resources.

To check this as a Reseller

  1. Make sure the hosting plan/user account has sufficient resources first
  2. If they have sufficient resources, log into your RESELLER account
  3. Click on the "Account Settings" icon
  4. Click on the "Resource Usage" icon
  5. If you have no MRA (Multi-recipient Addresses) left you will need to be assigned more by the hosting company.
  6. Please request additional MRA resources from the hosting company. There may be a charge for additional MRA resources.
